1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Sakina (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Who can use Sakina
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sakina. By using the App, you confirm you are 16 or older.
3. What Sakina is
Sakina is a pregnancy companion app providing general information, tracking tools, and Islamic content. It is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. What Sakina is not
Sakina is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your doctor or healthcare professional, or qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read or tracked in the App.
5. Subscriptions
Premium features require a subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
6. Your content
Any data you enter (journal entries, logs, appointments) belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time.
7. Intellectual property
All app content, design, code, and trademarks belong to Sakina Wellbeing. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakina Wellbeing is not liable for any health outcomes, losses, or damages arising from use of the App.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
